Welcome to Le Mas du Gaudon, a charming Provençal villa in Montauroux—perfect for family or group getaways in a peaceful, green setting. The Property Set in the heart of Provence, this characterful villa offers tranquility and relaxation. Surrounded by a lush garden, you’ll enjoy golden sunlight and the sound of cicadas. The spacious, bright living room, inviting dining area, and fully equipped open kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher) create a warm atmosphere. Bedrooms & Bathrooms 3 bedrooms with king-size beds (180x200), two featuring en-suite bathrooms. One upstairs bedroom has two additional single beds (90x200). The entire house is air-conditioned. Bed linen and towels are provided. Outdoors Large terrace with barbecue, shaded garden, and private pool to cool off under the Provençal sun. Main house sleeps 8 guests. Annex (Mazet) Available on request for an extra fee: bedroom, sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, and private outdoor area. Mazet sleeps 4 guests (must be requested for an extra fee). Total capacity for both units: 12 guests. Nearby Hiking, Provençal markets, Lake Saint-Cassien, hilltop villages, Côte d’Azur—30–45 min away. Practical Info Free, secure parking.
